Where do we make our products?

Whilst we source many of our materials from Poland as well as certified international suppliers based in Italy, Germany and The Netherlands, we produce all of our own products by hand in Gdansk, Poland.

What materials do we use?

At Wayfold, we spend a lot of time researching materials to make sure they are suited for purpose, but also how they feel, what colour options are available and how they react to daily use. Every material is selected, sampled, prototyped and only gets used in final products when we are 100% happy.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We ship all orders within a 3-5 day processing time. Large or custom orders will have an increased processing time which will be communicated to the customer prior to ordering.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the related tracking details for your package. You can also visit our order tracking page linked below and submit your order details to see the current delivery status.

Do we accept custom orders?

Yes, we are more than happy to discuss custom orders for bespoke products. If you have a specific requirement, please send the details to [email protected]

Shipping & Returns

Do we ship internationally?

Yes absolutely, we ship all over the world (with some exceptions). Shipping costs will vary depending on the country of delivery as well as order details and are calculated during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery as well as the shipping method selected during checkout (i.e standard or express). In general, the following delivery times apply:
Express 2-4 business days
Standard 7-10 business days.
Rest of World
Express 5-7 business days
Standard 15-20 business days.

What shipping carriers do we use?

We use a number of international carriers including UPS, TNT Express & FedEx as well as local delivery partners. The carrier used for your order will depend on the country of delivery as well as the shipping method selected during checkout (i.e standard or express).

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged. Refunds can only be processed to the same card used to make the purchase. My Account

Do I have to create an account to make an order?

No, absolutely not but it is recommended for business customers as it will allow you to find your order history, edit your addresses and track your packages online faster. You will also be notified of new products and promotions before anyone else.

Do you save my bank/card details?

No, we never have access to customer payment information. Our payment processing partner is Stripe and all transactional data is handled on their system.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I order in different currencies?

Yes absolutely, we can accept orders in multiple currencies. Orders can be completed in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD and PLN.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged immediately on ordering and all transactions are protected and managed by the stripe. For orders where Klarna is the selected payment option, you will be charged as per the agreed payment schedule.

Wholesale / Business Orders

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we are able to fulfil wholesale orders and offer tiered discounts based on order quantity or value. If you are interested in wholesale ordering, please email [email protected] with your requirement and a member of the team will reply to you within 24 hours.
