Domestic
We ship via Poczta Polska to locations within Poland. We only ship to normal residential and business addresses. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Where customisation is required, lead times may increase. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. Multiple item orders will be shipped as a group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an order including a product with a one day lead time and a customised product with a 3 day lead time will ship after 3 days.
International
International orders will be shipped as a group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an order including a product with a one day lead time and a customised product with a 3 day lead time will ship after 3 days. We ship worldwide via Poczta Polska and their international parcel partners as well as UPS and FedEx for express orders.
Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options.

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.

We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.
